A little bit weird, a little bit political with a lot of humor.
Amazing when you see someone in an unexpected place

I was watching television on Saturday, just flipping between college games, when I just happened to stop on a station during a commercial break.

There was a FedEx commercial on and... I recognized one of the actors in it as someone I not only went to high school with, but someone who I had actually known AND had acted with during that time. To say I was surprised to see this guy in a such a prominent ad would be to vastly underestimate my reaction, because I haven't seen this guy in like 10 years, and that moment of realization had to have been movie scene priceless.

Basically the ad revolves around a company that runs everything as if it is a day ahead, so that when something arrives late, it isn't really late. If you see the ad, the guy I went to high school with is the red-haired mook(sorry, that's the word that comes to mind) on the right in the bluish coveralls and hat.

Hopefully it is just the start of good things for him and maybe some more voice and commercial work too. I am still a little stunned about it... but then again, I do have a tendency to blow little things out of proportion.

Interesting. This was passed on to me by a friend who may or may not frequent this blog. He didn't say, and when I pressed him, he became agitated and profane. At any rate, I'm the red-haired mook. Mike, in case you don't recall. Anyway, if you remember my last name, you can reach me at mike_(last name here)@hotmail.com

I'm curious to learn your identity. Chilling, isn't it?
